This role is a great fit for someone who is proficient in audit standards and has strong communication skills. You have experience working with non-profit organizations and private businesses in a variety of industries. You are skilled at building relationships with clients and internally within the Virtus team and are passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of CPAs. As someone who has a core foundation in understanding accounting and how a business operates, you are adept at seeing how everything is interconnected. Some of the ways you’ll help our clients:
· Provide assurance services on a variety of information, including financial statements (annual, interim, special purpose) and compliance with agreements or legislation. 
· Explore the unique reporting requirements of each client, designing an engagement that is effective for their needs.
· Offer a cooperative approach, with proactive and continuous communication throughout the process.
· Suggest practical solutions and recommendations to improve their business. 
 
What you’ll bring to our team:
· 5+ years of progressive and post-CPA experience, managing clients in a professional services environment.
· A “big picture” mentality and ability to recognize opportunities to help clients.
· Excellence in building relationships and managing client work.
· Passion for teaching and developing our emerging audit talent.
