We’re looking for a Wealth Management Administrative Associate in our Saskatoon office to help us elevate the client experience and support the foundation of our operations.

This isn’t a typical admin role – it is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a firm where your ideas matter, your problem-solving skills shine, and your growth is nurtured.

What you’ll bring to the team
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, ideally in a wealth management or financial services environment.
  • Proven client service excellence – friendly, efficient, and solutions-focused.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Desire to grow with the division and continue to develop professionally.
  • A keen interest in financial planning and investment management.
  • The drive to evolve into an elevated role in the future.

How you’ll support our clients and professional team
  • Manage client account openings and transfers.
  • Provide day-to-day client servicing including account maintenance, deposits and handling inquiries.
  • Assist with financial planning workflows and documentation.
  • Support insurance processing and documentation.
  • Maintain internal and external calendars, scheduling and preparing for client meetings.
  • Oversee invoice tracking and account fee billing.
  • Create and manage internal and external reports.
  • Help design and improve tracking systems and admin processes.
